Ed began his career in the Internet and Hosting industry in 1999. “To stay ahead in tech, you have to have a sensitive ear to customer’s needs, and push yourself to continually innovate. At Wow, I realize there are several great hosting companies around but to find success, it was important for us to find a niche in the marketplace. Becoming a one stop shop solution for Hybrid hosted services has allowed us to create this niche, and staying ahead of technology has allowed us to grow. I’m fortunate to see what we’ve been able to accomplish in such a competitive industry and to be involved with a profession I enjoy.” In his spare time, Ed enjoys teaching youth tennis and serving as an Advisory Board Member with Seattle Charity Events, whose goal is to provide funding and community awareness supporting youth based non-profits dealing with terminal illnesses, neglect and poverty.

Michael Kim

board Member | co-founder

Michael is a serial entrepreneur who has established and led several ventures within the Real Estate, Finance, and Technology fields. Growing up, he understood that every person has the capability to give back to their community, in varying levels. So with early success in his professional life, this ideal resonated further. Knowing that he had the ability and network to make a difference on a larger scale among his peers, Michael hosted his first benefit which supported Childhaven; a local non-profit organization he personally volunteers and consults for. Due to the events success, Michael united a group of like-minded professionals that shared the same passion and vision, in continuing these annual events to benefit other Seattle charities; thus leading to the formation of the SCE Foundation.
